  • We offer refunds only for approved return cases involving damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are made via cash or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • For cash refunds, the process will be coordinated through our delivery partners upon return pickup.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Unreported damages after 48 hours

    • Refused deliveries without valid reason

    • Products returned without prior approval
